Following the Transport Tribunal ruling in the appeal of S & A UK and The Secretary of State For Transport on the 3rd May 2006 and the subsequent statement to the press by the Department For Transport, there is now considerable focus on those foreign transport companies who provide services to UK customers under the umbrella of Cabotage.
