A Significant Change To Drivers Hours, Jurisdiction & Accountability.

With the repealing of EEC regulation 3820/85 and amendment to Council Regulations 3821/85 & 2135/98, transport operations, drivers and freight forwarders (to name a few) need to ensure they are fully conversant with the new rules. Whilst the bulk of the new regulation does not come into force until 11th April 2007, it is of paramount importance you are prepared for the potential impact of the new regulation.
